A monkey was sighted around 3:00 PM on Thursday, August 28, 2025, near 4-chome, Wakabadai, Inagi City. Please be very careful about the following when you see a monkey nearby.

If you see a monkey

  • Do not approach monkeys
  • Avoid eye contact
  • Do not feed, do not show food
  • Do not raise your voice (do not stimulate or excite the monkeys)
  • If you witness something from home, secure your doors and be careful to prevent anyone from entering your house.
