What is a Coordination Meeting?

It is a meeting established under Article 33 of the Inagi City Community Development Ordinance, aimed at organizing and coordinating the opinions of business operators and nearby residents regarding specified businesses.

How to hold a Coordination Meeting?

Not only nearby residents but also business operators can request the holding of a Coordination Meeting.

Note: The period during which a request to hold a coordination meeting can be made is within two weeks from the publication of the opinion document regarding the specified project plan on the city website.

After a request to hold the meeting has been made to the city, the Community Development Committee will be asked to hold the coordination meeting.
