[Shiroyama Elementary School] Notes on the Use of School Sports Facilities

Request from the School

In addition to the facility usage precautions listed in the "Usage Guide," these are requests from the school when using the facilities. Please be sure to check and follow them before making a reservation and before using the facilities.

Precautions for Facility Use

Schoolyard

• Since this is a residential area, please open and close the gate quietly.
• Please refrain from entering or exiting the school grounds through shrubbery areas that are not designated entry or exit points.
• Please take your garbage home with you.
• When leaving, please be sure to close the gate.
• The ground cannot be used when it is muddy, so please do not use it on snowy or rainy days or when the ground conditions are poor.

Gymnasium

• After use, please be sure to close the curtains on the 1st floor, close the windows near your feet, close the windows in the corridors on both sides of the 2nd floor (do not open or close the rear lower side), and turn off the lights.
• Since this is a residential area, please open and close the gate quietly.
• Please refrain from using the emergency exit behind the gymnasium stage to enter or exit the facility.
• Please refrain from entering or exiting the school grounds through shrubbery areas that are not designated entry or exit points.
• Please make sure to lock the door securely.
• When leaving, please be sure to close the gate.
