[Minamiyama Elementary School] Notes on the Use of School Sports Facilities

Request from the School

In addition to the facility usage precautions listed in the "Usage Guide," these are requests from the school when using the facilities. Please be sure to check and follow them before making a reservation and before using the facilities.

Precautions for Facility Use

Schoolyard

• On Saturdays, children attending the Minamiyama Elementary School After-School Childcare Program may use the playground equipment, so please share and take turns using it.
• Please take your garbage home with you.
• When leaving, please be sure to close the gate.
• The ground cannot be used when it is muddy, so please do not use it on snowy or rainy days or when the ground conditions are poor.

Gymnasium

• The entrance to the gallery is only via the stairs on the right side of the stage; the stairs on the left side are not available for use.
• Please make sure to lock the door securely.
• Please close the windows and turn off the lights after use.
• When leaving, please be sure to close the gate.
