[Nagamine Elementary School] Notes on the Use of School Sports Facilities

Request from the School

In addition to the facility usage precautions listed in the "Usage Guide," these are requests from the school when using the facilities. Please be sure to check and follow them before making a reservation and before using the facilities.

Precautions for Facility Use

Schoolyard

• Please make sure that balls do not enter the pool.
• Please take your garbage home with you.
• When leaving, please be sure to close the gate.
• The ground cannot be used when it is muddy, so please do not use it on snowy or rainy days or when the ground conditions are poor.

Gymnasium

• When locking or unlocking the building upon entry or exit, and when using Secom security, please use the same entrance as the School Faculty and Staff entrance. Kindly confirm the usage method with the school in advance before use.
• Please do not use the stage or gallery. Please use nets to prevent damage to the curtain, screen, and glass.
• Please make sure to lock the door securely.
• Please close the windows and turn off the lights after use.
• When leaving, please be sure to close the gate.

Clubhouse

• When locking or unlocking the building upon entry or exit, and when using Secom security, please use the same entrance as the School Faculty and Staff entrance. Kindly confirm the usage method with the school in advance before use.
• Please cooperate by not touching the items of the After-School Children's Program or PTA activities inside the clubhouse.
• Please make sure to lock the door securely.
• Please close the windows and turn off the lights after use.
• When leaving, please be sure to close the gate.
