• All organizations other than Registered Organization 1 are subject to a fee. Additionally, if the number of citizens among the members of the using organization is less than half, the fee will be doubled.
• If Registered Organization 1 engages in activities that align with the purpose of establishing Friend Hirao, the usage fee will be waived. However, even for registered organizations, if the usage is for purposes other than the established purpose, a fee will apply.
• The table shows the usage fee per hour, but in reality, you will be charged based on the unit of usage.

Group registration is required to use the Public Facilities.

1. Advance reservation is required for room use. Additionally, it is limited to groups represented by adults (including corporations).
2. No reservation is required to use the lounge. It can be used by individuals as well.
