How to Register as a User
To apply for facility use through this system, you must first register as an individual or group user and obtain a user ID.
Please fill out the Application Form for user registration and submit it either at the Community Promotion Plaza 1st floor reception desk or by mail, or apply via the online user registration application form.

Note: The required documents are the same for the renewal procedure of user registration.
Note: Please be aware that if there is no login for four years after registration, the ID will be deleted.
(If deleted, you will need to register again.)

- An "individual" refers to a person who has registered as a user.
- An "organization" refers to a group that has registered as a user.
- In "Facility Availability," you can check available facilities and make reservations.
About Reservations
1. Reservation Application Process
- Only those who have registered as users can apply for reservations via computers, mobile phones, smartphones, etc., during the reservation acceptance period.
- Please pay the usage fee by the deadline either at the service counter or through online payment.
- The reservation will be confirmed upon payment of the usage fee.
Example of a Reservation Application
If you want to reserve a conference room for July 10 (Reservation application procedure on April 10)
- On April 10, check the facility availability in the system and apply for the reservation (Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, so availability will be lost as soon as a reservation is made).
- The usage fee must be paid at the counter by April 20.
