What You Can Do After Introducing Online Payment

From November 1, 2026, it will be possible to pay by credit card or PayPay when booking bulky waste collection online.

If payment is made online, instead of a bulky waste processing ticket, you will print out a sheet with the reservation number and collection date and attach it to the bulky waste yourself.

The previous method can still be used

Even after the introduction of online payment, you can continue to purchase bulky waste disposal tickets at convenience stores and supermarkets as before. For those who find it difficult to use the internet or prefer the traditional method, please proceed using the same steps as before.
