Presented a certificate of appreciation for appropriate first aid (March 2023)
On an unspecified day in February 2023, an emergency incident occurred at a sports facility in Inagi City where a man collapsed and went into cardiac and respiratory arrest. At that time, those nearby promptly carried out a series of appropriate first aid measures, from calling 119 to performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation and defibrillation using the AED installed at the facility, and the man survived. We sincerely appreciate everyone's courage and quick action, and in recognition of their achievement, the Fire Station Chief presented a letter of appreciation. The fire department will continue its efforts to widely promote the importance of first aid to all citizens.
