A letter of appreciation was presented for appropriate first aid (September 2024)

On an unspecified day in July 2024, an emergency incident occurred at an elementary school in Inagi City where a child was in a state of cardiopulmonary arrest. At that time, bystanders nearby appropriately performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation from the moment the 119 emergency call was made, and the child was saved. We sincerely appreciate everyone's courage and prompt action, and in recognition of their achievement, the Fire Department Chief presented a letter of appreciation. The Fire Department will continue its efforts to widely promote the importance of first aid to all citizens.
