What is the Pay-easy Account Transfer Reception Service?

By reading your cash card with a dedicated device and entering your PIN, you can easily apply for account transfer at the City Hall, Hirao Branch Office, and Wakabadai Branch Office counters service.
Applicable Tax Items
- Municipal and Tokyo Metropolitan Resident Tax (Ordinary Collection)
- Property Tax・City Planning Tax
- Light Vehicle Tax (Type Classification)
All vehicles owned by the taxpayer who applied are subject. Vehicle selection is not possible. - National Health Insurance Tax
Please note that back taxes, delinquent taxes, Municipal and Tokyo Metropolitan Resident Taxes (special collection), and corporate municipal resident taxes cannot be paid by direct debit.
Pay-easy Direct Debit Handling Financial Institutions
In principle, only ordinary accounts (for Japan Post Bank, regular savings accounts) are supported. However, for Mizuho Bank and Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, current accounts are also supported.

Note 1: If you wish to use account transfer at financial institutions other than those listed above, please apply using the designated postcard (account transfer request form). However, even when applying with the designated postcard, the financial institutions are limited, so please check the page below titled "Account Transfer for Municipal Tax and National Health Insurance Tax" for details.
Note 2: Among the cash cards of the above financial institutions, some cards cannot be accepted, so please check the following information.
Examples of Cash Cards That Cannot Be Accepted
- Biometric IC Cash Card
- Family Card
- Integrated Credit Card (a card with the same reading section for both credit card and cash card)
- Cards without magnetic stripes
Olive Card, etc.
Application Method
The person applying must be the account holder in their own name (we do not accept proxy applications such as with a power of attorney).

- Inagi City Hall 1st Floor, Section 8 Collection Division (For National Health Insurance Tax applications only, 1st Floor, Section 5 Insurance and Pension Division)

Note: In addition to weekdays when the office is open, applications can be made at City Hall only on holidays when the office is open (in principle, the 2nd Sunday and 4th Saturday of each month) from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Procedure
Please fill out the application form, read your cash card with the dedicated device, and enter your PIN. After completing the procedure, we will provide you with a "Customer Copy."

1. Identification Documents
Driver's license, My Number Card, etc. (If you do not have one, please see the page "Identity Verification at the Collection Section" below.)
2. Cash Card
Please have the cash card of the financial institution that handles Pay-easy direct debit. When applying, entering your PIN is also required.
Pay-easy Application Deadline and Transfer Date
The application deadline and substitute holiday for fiscal year Reiwa 7 are as shown in the table below.
Note: If the Pay-easy application deadline is not on a City Hall business day, the previous business day will be the application deadline.
