Basic Green Plan
The Basic Green Plan is stipulated in Article 4 of the Urban Green Space Act as a "basic plan concerning the conservation of green spaces and the promotion of greening in municipalities (omitted) in urban areas," and it is a comprehensive plan regarding green spaces that is formulated to implement measures for the proper conservation and promotion of greening within the city's area in a comprehensive and planned manner, including its goals and measures for realization.
