Achievements of Public-Private Partnerships in Inagi City (From April 2025 to September 2025)
From April 2025: Yomiuri Giants Co., Ltd. Visits to Nursery Schools and Kindergartens
Yomiuri Giants Academy coaches visited the schools to provide baseball experience sessions, teaching how to throw and hit the ball, and Jabbit and Venus members visited the schools to conduct interactive sessions involving physical games, offering two types of programs: "Baseball Experience" and "Interactive Experience."
From April 2025 (twice a month) Baby Food Cooking Workshops
Pigeon Corporation provides baby food to be distributed to participants of the city’s baby food workshops.
From April 2025 Streetlight Flag Decorations in the City

The streetlight flags produced by the Yomiuri Giants Co., Ltd. have been installed on the streetlights in the city.
From April 2025: Inagi IC College "Professor Lectures"

Tokai University, Tamagawa University, Korg Inc., and the Inagi IC College Board of Directors collaborate to provide professor lectures by university faculty members as well as general education lectures by other instructors.
From April 2025 (ongoing) Inagi Location Service
Inagi City Tourism Association, in collaboration with Dainight Co., Ltd. and the city, operates the Inagi Location Service Project.
Day & Night Co., Ltd. serves as the contact point for filming inquiries, the Inagi City Tourism Association handles PR for filming achievements, and the city manages filming at Public Facilities, with each party dividing roles according to their respective characteristics. Filming achievements have been increasing year by year, and efforts are being made to strengthen promotion.
Note: Launched as Inagi Film Commission in fiscal year 2019, renamed to Inagi Location Services in fiscal year 2020

From April 2025 (ongoing) Tamalism Project

Since the fiscal year 2021, we have been implementing a wide-area collaboration project with the five cities of Minami-Tama (Tama City, Hachioji City, Hino City, Machida City, and Inagi City), Keio Travel Co., Ltd., and Tama University. With the theme of "Community Development through Tourism," which takes into account the challenges faced by cities with suburban residential areas, we are publicly soliciting ideas from teams composed of university students who will lead the next generation. We are conducting a contest aimed at practical application, building projects in collaboration with local governments, tourism associations, and local Business Operators.
April 12, June 7, and September 6, 2025 - Sports Bike Riding Course

In collaboration with CYCLE COMMUNE TOKYO, as the "Bicycle Town Inagi," we offer courses where professional coaching staff teach the correct way to ride and position yourself on a road bike.
April 24, 2025 Cultural Property Survey

In conducting the investigation and organization of the materials of the former Hōonji Temple, which is a candidate for designated cultural properties to be designated from the fiscal year 2024 onwards, professors and students from Komazawa Women's University have been engaged in organizing materials, recording, and writing tasks.
From May 19, 2025 - Folk Tools Survey

Since 2019, we have conducted investigation and organization of new folk tool materials stored in the Yanokuchi storage facility. Staff and students from Komazawa Women's University have carried out material organization and recording tasks.
May 24 and September 27, 2025 - Papa Mama Classes
Representatives from Pigeon Corporation participated in the city's class project "Papa Mama Classroom" and gave lectures on topics such as preparing couples for childcare starting after childbirth and disaster prevention.
May 30, 2025 Donation of Fabric Spray
Through the platform "Ariadne" of the Public-Private Partnership Research Institute Co., Ltd., Saraya Co., Ltd. donated 180 bags of "Aroma Life Fabric Spray" for use at City Hall and Public Facilities.
June to September 2025 Distribution of Baby Care Lights
Pigeon Corporation has provided baby care lights to be distributed to participants of the "Hello Baby Association."
June 19, 2025 Public Viewing in Inagi Pair Park

A public viewing of a Tokyo Verdy match was held at Inagi Pair Park to foster support for Tokyo Verdy.
June 29, 2025 Inagi City Verdy Support DAY

Inagi City, the hometown of Tokyo Verdy, offered free invitations and half-price discounts on a first-come, first-served basis to Tokyo Verdy home games for residents, students, and workers within the city. Additionally, an Inagi City PR booth was set up on the day.
July 9, 2025 Tokyo Verdy Players' Visit to Elementary School

Tokyo Verdy players visited Hirao Elementary School, where they held a Q&A session with the players, demonstrations, and recreational activities.
July 28, 2025 Inagi City Citizen Charter Promotion Day at Yomiuri Land

We received cooperation from Yomiuri Land Co., Ltd., Yomiuri Giants Co., Ltd., and Tokyo Verdy Co., Ltd. for free admission to Yomiuri Land and arrangements for prizes, etc.
August 11, 2025 Inagi City Festa in Giants Town Stadium 2025

The Yomiuri Giants organization has invited citizens to attend the official Eastern League games held at the Yomiuri Giants Stadium as part of the Inagi City Festival, with free admission for the first arrivals. Additionally, the city provided a set of local specialty products as prizes for the lottery and set up a PR booth for promoting Inagi City tourism.
August 22, 2025 - Provision of Beverages (Suntory Co., Ltd.)

Suntory Co., Ltd. provided beverages to participants of the Inagi ALT English Festa.

August 26, 2025 Environmental Learning Lecture "Thinking About Energy, Imagining the Future - Gas Science Museum Tour -"

With the cooperation of Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd., a tour was held at the "Gas Science Museum GASTENARI" mainly for parents and children from elementary school age and above. By participating in quizzes about carbon neutrality and listening to explanations from the instructor during the tour, we provided an opportunity that was not only enjoyable but also deepened understanding.
August 26, 2025 After-School Children's Program
We accepted interns from Komazawa Women's University as staff for the After-School Children's Program at each elementary school.
August 29, 2025 Donation of Stockpiled Food (Taisho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.)

We received a donation of 5,000 units of "Lipovitan Jelly Long-Term Storage" from Taisho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as stockpiled food for Inagi City.
August 30, 2025 GIANTS×VERDY Tag Festa 2025

Yomiuri Giants Co., Ltd., whose hometown is Inagi City, and Tokyo Verdy Co., Ltd. held multi-sports experiences, public viewings, a grand lottery, and talk shows by former players of each team, and invited Inagi City residents free of charge.
September 5, 2025 Aquarium Painting Contest

In collaboration with Yomiuriland Co., Ltd., we held an aquarium painting contest for elementary and junior high school students in the city. The themes were "Creatures Living in the Sea," "Creatures Living in the Tama River," and "The Future Sea." The award-winning works were displayed on the temporary fencing of the aquarium. Prizes were also presented to the winners.
September 6 to December 6, 2025 Health Follow-up Project
In cooperation with Komazawa Women's University, we implemented a health follow-up project to prevent lifestyle-related diseases among National Health Insurance insured persons in Inagi City.
September 29, 2025 Environmental Learning Lecture "Carbon Neutral Training"

Based on the partnership agreement with Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd., we conducted carbon neutral training for city employees. Utilizing the expertise of an energy company, we provided an opportunity to deepen understanding of climate change and its countermeasures.
September 30, 2025 - Elementary School Basic Physical Fitness Improvement Program by the Yomiuri Giants

We held an exercise class at Giants Town Stadium for elementary school students from Inagi Dai 3 Elementary School and Minamiyama Elementary School.
