Achievements of Public-Private Partnerships in Inagi City (From October 2024 to March 2025)

From October, 2024: Sports Coaching, etc.

We conducted skill improvement training, conditioning, nutrition lectures, and instructor training for junior high school baseball clubs by Giants Academy coaches from Yomiuri Giants Co., Ltd.

October 11, 2024 - Baby Sleep Improvement Seminar

We held a public-private partnership event, "Baby Sleep Improvement Seminar," co-hosted with Pigeon Corporation.
We arranged for instructors to be dispatched and flyers to be produced, and baby food was provided to seminar participants.

October 19 and 20, 2024 - I-no-machi Inagi Citizen Festival

With the cooperation of Yomiuri Giants Co., Ltd. and Yomiuriland Co., Ltd., we were able to set up booths and provide prizes.

Also, the students of Komazawa Women's University volunteered to assist with the operation of the I-no-Machi Inagi Citizen Festival.

From October 20, 2024 (ongoing) Support for the Youth Class Friends Club

Students of Tokyo Metropolitan Wakaba Comprehensive High School supported the youth class members as staff of the Youth Class Friends Club.

October 23, 2024 - Fun Weaning Food Workshop for Everyone

We held a public-private partnership event co-hosted with Pigeon Corporation called "Fun Baby Food Workshop for Everyone."
We arranged for instructors to be dispatched and flyers to be produced, and provided baby food and baby beverages to the workshop participants.

November 16, 2024 Wakabadai Illumination 2024

Poster design by students of Komazawa Women's University, participation in the award ceremony, and participation of multiple Business Operators in the executive committee.

November 16 and 17, 2024, 30th Shiroyama Cultural Center Festival

Students of Tokyo Metropolitan Wakaba Comprehensive High School participated as festival staff (volunteers), taking charge of reception and sales at food stalls, as well as showcasing paintings, theater performances, and cheer dance.

November 23, 2024, Inagi City Citizens' Charter Promotion Council "Citizens' Friendly Walking Event"

We conducted health checks (vegetable checks, vascular age measurement) with the cooperation of Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company.

November 28 to December 1, 2024 - The 61st Golf Japan Series JT Cup

At the 61st Golf Japan Series JT Cup hosted by Hochi Shimbun, Yomiuri Shimbun, and Nippon Television Network, the municipality supporting Yomiuri Country Club presented the champion with 10 kilograms of the local specialty pear "Inagi."
Also, the Hochi Shimbun provided a booth for Inagi City, where we promoted the city.

December 1, 2024, 33rd Inagi City Elementary and Junior High Schools Marathon Tournament

Yutaka Co., Ltd. provided beverages and distributed them to participants on the day of the 33rd Inagi City Elementary and Junior High Schools Marathon Tournament.

December 7, 2024 Road Bike Riding Course

We held a road bike riding course by CYCLE COMMUNE TOKYO aimed at cyclists gathered near our city, Inagi, known as the "Bicycle Town Inagi," as well as cyclists residing in the city, with the goal of improving the social status of bicycles and ensuring the safe living of local residents.

December 7, 2024, Disability Week 2024 in Inagi Part 2 (Taiko Drum Performance)

Co-hosted with the General Incorporated Association Shunkashuto, we held a concert by the Iwabuchi Group, a taiko drumming group of hearing-impaired performers, as part of the Disability Week events, along with a taiko drumming workshop open to everyone.

December 15, 2024 Symposium in Inagi "TOKYO GIANTS TOWN" as a Community Strength! Let's Go to the Best Future.

We held a symposium to consider new Community Development using sports with Yomiuri Shimbun Tokyo Headquarters Co., Ltd., Yomiuri Giants Co., Ltd., and Yomiuriland Co., Ltd., with whom we have concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement.

January 13, 2025 The Coming of Age Ceremony

In addition to Yomiuriland Co., Ltd., several business operators provided support by holding ceremonies at the Yomiuri Aurora Space and offering sponsorship items to the new adults.

Also, students from Komazawa Women's University assisted as student volunteers with reception and other operational support for the ceremony participants.

We co-hosted a "Business Succession Seminar" with Sawayaka Shinkin Bank.

March 1, 2025 Yomiuri Giants Inagi City PR Supporter

As "Inagi City PR Supporters," four young players have been appointed: Shogo Asano of the Yomiuri Giants (for the second consecutive year), Yusei Ishizuka, and female team players Yuzuki Murakawa and Yuzuha Nakamura.

We have introduced announcements voiced by Yomiuri Giants players on Odakyu Bus and iBus onboard announcements.

March 1, 2025 Train Approach Melody

To coincide with the opening of "Giants Town Stadium," the train approach melody at Keio Yomiuriland Station has been changed to the Yomiuri Giants team song "Fighting Spirit Included."

March 12, 2025 - The Era of 100-Year Lifespans! Asset Building Support Seminar for Employees

Co-hosted with Mizuho Bank, we held a seminar on "The 100-Year Life Era! Supporting Employees in Asset Building."

March 22 and 23, 2025, 15th Misawa River Cherry Blossom and Pear Flower Festival

We received cooperation from various business operators, including JA, in participating in the organizing committee, sponsoring, providing prizes for the lottery, and setting up tents and kitchen cars.
