From October 2025 Yomiuri Giants Co., Ltd. Elementary School Physical Education Support Project

Visit to Inagi Dai 1 Elementary School

Yomiuri Giants Academy coaches and players from the Yomiuri Giants women's team visited elementary schools and conducted baseball-style classes together with the homeroom teachers.

From October 2025 to February 2026, Yomiuri Giants Co., Ltd. - Sports coaching, etc.

October 3, 2025 GAKKOTOSHO Co., Ltd. Elementary School Baseball Experience Class

Yomiuri Giants Academy coaches provided instruction on how to throw and hit the ball to students from Minamiyama Elementary School and Inagi Dai 3 Elementary School at Giants Town.

October 4 and 5, 2025 Craft Festival

A festival focusing on people rooted in “craft” was held, organized by Tegamisha Co., Ltd., which manages the “Tokyo Flea Market” attracting over 50,000 visitors, and Yomiuriland Co., Ltd. More than 150 craft artists from across the country gathered in one place to exhibit, sell, and conduct workshops.

October 11, 2025 Inclusive Sports Tournament

With the cooperation of Tokyo Verdy Inc. and Yomiuri Giants Co., Ltd., we held an Inclusive Sports Tournament.

October 14, 2025 Tokyo Verdy Players' Visit to Elementary School

From October 16, 2025: Survey of candidate designated cultural properties

In conducting surveys of Buddhist statues and other items planned for cultural property designation, a professor from Komazawa Women's University conducted document research and manuscript writing.

October 21, 2025 Letter Design Unveiling Ceremony

Letter Design

A letter sign for TOKYO GIANTS TOWN was installed in the (tentative name) Negata Yato Park, and an unveiling ceremony was held.

From October 29 to December 20, 2025 Dispatch of Nurses to Games and Other Events at Giants Town Stadium

Nurses were dispatched from Inagi City Hospital to provide medical assistance to players and spectators during Eastern League official games and other events held at the facilities.

Nutrition consultations held on October 31 and December 12, 2025

The Health and Nutrition Consultation Office of Komazawa Women's University conducted nutrition consultations for parents or guardians of preschool children at the Koyodai Play Space outreach program.

November 4 to December 26, 2025 Inagi Digital Stamp Rally

With the aim of rediscovering and revitalizing the charm of the Inagi area, we held the "Inagi Digital Stamp Rally," where participants toured various locations along the Keio Sagamihara Line and JR Nambu Line in the Inagi area to collect digital stamps. Those who collected all the stamps were entered into a lottery to win prizes such as a one-day pass to Yomiuriland and goods signed by the PR supporters of Inagi City.
We received cooperation from the Inagi City Tourism Association, the Inagi City Commerce and Industry Association, Keio Corporation, JR Chuo Line Community Design, and several other business operators.

November 15 and 16, 2025: Free Invitation to Watch the Nitori JD.LEAGUE 2025 Diamond Series

The women's softball league JD.LEAGUE kindly offered free admission to Inagi City residents on a first-come, first-served basis for the game held at Giants Town.

November 17, 2025 - Visit of Yomiuri Giants Players to Elementary School

Players from the Yomiuri Giants visited Inagi Dai 1 Elementary School, where they held a Q&A session, a batting demonstration, and played catch with the students.

December 2025: Collaborative Publication of the "Inagi Parenting Book"

We have signed a two-year agreement with SCINEX CORPORATION starting from FY2024 to collaboratively publish the "Inagi Parenting Book," a handbook for parenting families, free of charge. In FY2025, we revised the e-book version.

December 3, 2025, and February 1, 2026 - Cycle Ball Tamaichi Challenge DAY

We held the cycling event "Cycle Ball Tamaichi Challenge DAY" organized by Roots Sports Japan, a general incorporated association.
We also set up a PR booth for Inagi, the bicycle city, and conducted promotional activities such as distributing novelties featuring the GOOD CYCLE JAPAN promotion model route (Tokyo Tama 2020 Legacy Road) to participants.

December 4 to 7, 2025: The 62nd Golf Japan Series JT Cup

At the 62nd Golf Japan Series JT Cup, hosted by Hochi Shimbun, Yomiuri Shimbun, and Nippon Television Network Corporation, as a supporting municipality of Yomiuri Country Club, 10 kilograms of the local specialty pears "Inagi" were presented to the winner.
Also, the Hochi Shimbun provided a booth for Inagi City, where we promoted the city.

December 7, 2025, The 34th Inagi City Elementary and Junior High Schools Marathon

Yutaka Co., Ltd. provided beverages for the 34th Inagi City Elementary and Junior High Schools Marathon.

December 13 and 14, 2025, GIANTS HOMETOWN fes 2025

Batter's Box Experience

We conducted baseball experience activities for children from the seven Tama area cities (Inagi City, Komae City, Tachikawa City, Tama City, Chofu City, Hino City, and Fuchu City) that have a partnership agreement with the Yomiuri Giants. Additionally, we held announcements, photographer experiences, talk shows with current players and alumni, and a grand lottery event.
Also, we set up a PR booth for Inagi City.

December 15, 2025 - Tamarhythm Project Draft Meeting

At the wide-area collaboration project "Tamarhythm Project," conducted by the five Minami-Tama cities (Tama City, Hachioji City, Hino City, Machida City, and Inagi City), Keio Travel Co., Ltd., and Tama University, a student team held a "Draft Meeting" to present and propose tourism community development projects to private companies based on approximately four months of demonstration experiments. Companies and experts involved in the collaboration evaluated and matched the proposals, aiming for full-scale commercialization thereafter.

Co-hosted with Kiraboshi Financial Group, Inc. and Kiraboshi Bank, Ltd., we held a "Labor Shortage Response Seminar for Business Operators."

December 20, 2025 and January 10, 2026 Free Invitation to Watch Tokyo Suntory Sungoliath Matches

Tokyo Suntory Sungoliath kindly invited citizens of Inagi City to attend Tokyo Suntory Sungoliath matches free of charge.

December 21, 2025 Inagi Cross

Co-hosted with Champion System Japan Inc., we held a cyclocross competition at a special course along the riverbed of Inagi North Green Park as part of "Inagi, the Bicycle Town."

December 26, 2025 Environmental Learning Lecture "Using Solar Power at Night Too! Let's Make a Solar Lantern!"

With the cooperation of Panasonic Corporation Electric Works Company, we held a solar lantern crafting workshop for parents and children from elementary school age and above. Participants attended a lecture on energy creation, storage, and conservation, and by making solar lanterns, they were provided with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of carbon neutrality.

December 27 and 28, 2025, and February 7 and 8, 2026: Free Invitation to Watch Tokyo Verdy Volleyball Matches

The Tokyo Verdy Volleyball Team kindly invited citizens of Inagi City to attend Tokyo Verdy volleyball matches free of charge.

January 12, 2024 The Coming of Age Ceremony

Yomiuriland Co., Ltd., Yomiuri Giants Co., Ltd., Komazawa Gakuen Educational Institution, Suntory Holdings Limited, and Reliable Co., Ltd. provided support for holding the ceremony at Yomiuriland Aurora Space and offered sponsorship items for the new adults.
Also, students from Komazawa Women's University assisted as student volunteers with reception and other operational support for the ceremony participants.

January 31, 2026 - Pre-Sister Jabbit Cup

The situation on the day

Hosted by Yomiuri Giants Co., Ltd., the Pre-Sister Jabbit Cup was held. The event featured a simplified baseball rules tournament called the "Back Home Game" for lower elementary school students, as well as multi-sport experience sessions including dance and lacrosse.

February 5, 2026 "PokéPark Kanto" Grand Opening Ceremony

The Mayor of Inagi City was invited to the grand opening ceremony of "PokéPark Kanto," where he participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside Mr. Kenjiro Ito, CBO of The Pokémon Company and Chairman of PokéPark Kanto LLC.

February 7, 2026 Environmental Learning Lecture "Run on Solar Power! Let's Make a Solar Car!"

With the cooperation of NTT East Corporation and NTT ME Corporation, a solar car workshop was held for parents and children from elementary school age and up. Participants attended lectures on environmental issues and renewable energy, and by building solar cars, they were provided with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of carbon neutrality.

NHK presented "Okaasan to Issho Delivery Service Fantane! Small Theater" at Inagi City i Plaza.

February 8, 2026 Everyone's Cafeteria by MLJ

Yomiuri Land Co., Ltd. provided curry for 300 yen from the Yomiuri Land original kitchen car to children under 18 and their Parents or Guardians, allowing them to enjoy meals and interaction with players from the Giants women's team.

February 13, 2026 Inagi Lifestyle Disease Prevention Seminar

We held the Inagi Lifestyle Disease Prevention Seminar for healthcare professionals, co-hosted with Tanabe Pharma Corporation and the Inagi City Medical Association.

February 20, 2026 Real Estate Utilization Seminar

Co-hosted with Sawayaka Shinkin Bank, we conducted the "Real Estate Utilization Seminar for Business Operators."

February 21, 2026 TOKYO GIANTS TOWN Running Festival 2026

Hosted by Yomiuriland Co., Ltd., the TOKYO GIANTS TOWN Running Festival 2026 was held. Approximately 700 runners, including Yomiuri Giants OB, members of Junretsu, and guest runners from the women's team, ran through Giants Town.

February 24, 2026 J.League Environmental Education Class

Tokyo Verdy conducted the "J.League Environmental Education Class," part of their climate action initiative, targeting students at Wakabadai Elementary School. Players who are "J.League Climate Action Ambassadors" acted as teachers and engaged with the students to think about environmental issues.

March 2026: Collaborative Publication of the "Inagi Pregnancy and Childbirth Handbook"

With the cooperation of Jichitai Ad Co., Ltd., we collaboratively published the handbook for pregnant and postpartum women, "Inagi Pregnancy and Childbirth Handbook."

March 1, 2026: Yomiuri Giants Inagi City PR Supporters

As "Mayor of Inagi City PR Supporters," four young players have been appointed: Yusei Ishizuka (for the second consecutive year) and Kento Fujii from the Yomiuri Giants, and Erika Nakae and Yuma Harada from the women's team.

March 1, 2026 GROWINGGOOD! DAY

An event commemorating the 1st anniversary of the opening of Giants Town Stadium was held, hosted by Yomiuriland Co., Ltd. The "Lucky Man and Lucky Woman Race" was conducted to determine the first lucky person of the new year.

March 6 to 29, 2026 Inagi Detour Stamp Rally

A stamp rally was held, touring Yomiuriland, Giants Town Stadium, popular spots in the city, and gourmet locations. Those who collected all the stamps were entered into a lottery to win prizes such as the Yomiuriland Award, Giants Award, and Railway Town Walking Award.

We received cooperation from the members of the Inagi City Tourism Association, Yomiuri Giants Co., Ltd., Yomiuriland Co., Ltd., Keio Corporation, JR East Musashino General Center, JR Chuo Line Community Design, and Area Brain Co., Ltd.

 

March 18, 2026 Green Invitation for Inagi City

Tokyo Verdy Co., Ltd. kindly offered free invitations to residents, students, and workers in the city for the Meiji Yasuda J1 Century Vision League Round 7 match against Kawasaki Frontale.

March 28 and 29, 2026 16th Misawa River Cherry Blossom and Pear Flower Festival

The situation on the day

Business Operators including JA participated in the organizing committee, sponsored the event, provided prizes for the lottery, and cooperated with tent and kitchen car booths.
