Please do not damage school sports facilities.

Damage to school sports facilities greatly affects the safety of students and other users, and hinders the safe operation of schools and the management of school sports facility group openings.

Please be sure to report if damaged.

Entry in the Open Diary and be sure to report to the school and the Board of Education.

There are cases where damage reports are not submitted. If rules are not followed, such as not reporting damage to facilities or equipment, if it interferes with educational activities, or if it may cause inconvenience to other user groups, use may be suspended.

If you find damage

If you discover any damage to the facilities, please record it in the open log and notify the Education General Affairs Section.

We will investigate when the damage occurred and what caused it. Also, please do not approach if the damage is dangerous.

We frequently receive reports of scratches caused by applying and removing tape on the gymnasium floor.

Even tape with weak adhesive strength can easily peel off the floorboards of the gymnasium floor when removed, causing "splinter-like scratches" and "abrasions."

These wounds, when children or users fall and come into contact with the skin, can pierce the body and lead to serious injuries.

Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to tape for competition purposes on the gymnasium floor.

Please use the school sports facilities as they are.

When the tape is peeled off, a deep gouge remains, and if forcibly removed, splinters of the wood will form. These splinters can easily pierce the skin and lead to serious injuries.

The mottled white mark on the right side along the white line in the center of the photo is the floor peeling mark.

Apply the tape in a straight line so that it is clear when it has been removed.

Please do not damage any items stored inside the gymnasium.

School equipment is placed inside the gymnasium, but we receive reports of damage to these items.

There are cases where the accompanying person, not those in group activities, causes damage. Since this may prevent physical education classes and other scheduled activities from taking place the following day or later, please be sure to inspect and check before leaving.

Gym Mat
The edge of the mat is torn. Although it is a part that wears out easily, if you handle it roughly, the tear will expand and it will become unusable for school lessons.
Curtain
Some curtain hooks are detached. It seems they were pulled from below, and there were also hooks that were damaged. If the situation worsens, there is a risk that the curtain rail itself may become detached and damaged.
