Response during disasters in the school open use program

Due to natural disasters such as typhoons, snowfall, and earthquakes, there may be cases where the use of the school opening program is canceled or activities are requested to be refrained from in order to ensure the safety of users and related parties. If it can be predicted in advance, the Education General Affairs Division will contact the representative of the group that made the reservation, but it may be difficult to respond during holidays or outside City Hall business hours. If you think "It might be dangerous," please do not hesitate to refrain from activities.

In Case of Typhoon Approach

If the typhoon forecast circle is entered and there is a possibility of the typhoon approaching, we may contact you to inform you of the cancellation of the opening.

Also, even if the event is not canceled, please consider refraining from activities to prioritize your personal safety.

When the evacuation shelter is set up

If it is decided to set up an evacuation shelter due to a disaster, the school facility opening program will be suspended until the shelter is lifted and local recovery is completed.

 

How to Receive Notifications About School Closures

For group use, special applications (including customers attending events under special applications), and individual use (including instructors and individual users), in addition to the Public Facilities reservation system, notifications of cancellations will be sent via the Inagi City Email Distribution Service.
