When organizations or individuals such as Neighborhood Associations clean public places like roads and parks, they can use volunteer bags.

About Volunteer Bags

Distribution Contents

  • Burnable Garbage designated bags and Non-burnable Garbage designated bags (each 10 liters or 30 liters)

Note: The "Zero Marine Waste Original Garbage Bags" that were distributed until August can continue to be used as "Burnable Garbage Only Bags."

Distribution Locations

  • City Hall Living Environment Division
  • Wakabadai Branch Office
  • Hirao Branch Office

Disposal Method

Discharge Location

  • For those living in detached houses: In front of your home (on the property next to the road)
  • For residents of apartment complexes: Designated garbage collection point

Discharge Date

  • Please put out Burnable Garbage and Non-burnable Garbage on their respective collection days.

Note: Grass, fallen leaves, etc. can also be put out in transparent or semi-transparent bags. (Up to 2 bags per collection day for Burnable Garbage)
