Please be careful about how to dispose of used syringes and the like.

In recent years, due to advances in medical technology, the number of people using home medical care has increased, and used items such as used needles and IV catheters, which were previously only disposed of by medical institutions including hospitals, have also started to appear as waste from individual households.

These wastes pose a risk of infection due to needle-stick injuries and therefore cannot be collected by the city. After use, please return them to your regular pharmacy or medical institution (hospital or clinic).

We ask for your cooperation in thoroughly separating waste to prevent collection accidents.
