Difficult-to-Process Items
The city cannot dispose of the following items.
Please consult the manufacturer, retailer, or disposal service provider and dispose of these items at your own responsibility.
- Explosives such as propane gas cylinders
- Volatile substances such as organic solvents (paint, thinner, gasoline, kerosene, oil, etc.)
- Batteries
- Fire Extinguisher
- Concrete, blocks, bricks, stones, soil, and tiles
- Vending Machine
- Large home appliances (width 80 centimeters × height 180 centimeters × depth 80 centimeters or more)
- Pianos, large Electones, and organs
- Garbage difficult to crush (iron dumbbells, bowling balls, fireproof safes, drums, steel ropes and wires, insulated wires, barbed wire, steel plates, fiber, vinyl, and rubber ropes over 80 cm in length, sheets, and hoses, etc.)
- Hazardous chemicals, etc. (industrial chemicals, chemical substances, pesticides, insecticides, and other harmful or toxic liquids)
- Medical waste (injection needles, intravenous equipment and containers, etc.)
Note: Containers related to home medical care are excluded - Enameled bathtubs, enameled washbasins, and toilets
- Large game machines, large game cabinets
- Ignitable items (solid fuel, smoke flares, and explosives)
Note: Fireworks and matches should be soaked in water to prevent ignition before disposing of them as Burnable Garbage. - Commercial and examination chairs used in beauty salons, dental clinics, etc.
- Surfboards, windsurfing boards, and other leisure boards
- Home appliances and items containing refrigerants (freon, alternative freons, etc.)
- Items containing asbestos (some diatomaceous earth products, etc.)
- Personal computers (desktop, laptop) and computer displays such as CRT and LCD
- Waste and debris (items subject to the Construction Recycling Law) associated with the demolition and new construction of buildings
- Tires, batteries, and automotive parts for cars and motorcycles (items subject to the Automobile Recycling Law)
- Television, air conditioner, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, clothes dryer (items subject to the Home Appliance Recycling Law)
- Items Recognized as Industrial Waste
- Other items recognized by the administrator
