Investigation Report on the Arson Incident at Inagi City Hall
Overview
On November 30, 2015, a man entered the City Hall on the first floor with a motorcycle and set fire by spreading a liquid resembling oil.
In response to this incident, the city has established the Inagi City Hall Arson Incident Verification Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee"). The Committee records the details of the incident and recovery activities, conducts a survey of the staff, extracts issues based on the analysis, and verifies necessary measures for future safety measures, disaster prevention, and crisis management responses at the City Hall, compiling the results into a report.
