Inagi City Hospital Review Committee

Overview

Since its establishment in 1946, Inagi City Hospital has consistently practiced community-based medical care and supported the regional healthcare system of Inagi City; however, in recent years, it has faced severe financial challenges similar to public hospitals nationwide.

Amid these circumstances, regarding Inagi City Hospital, we established the Inagi City Hospital Review Committee with the purpose of fundamentally examining, through discussions involving external experts, the hospital’s future management improvement measures based on anticipated medical demand, its roles to be fulfilled, and the ideal form of a hospital that can stably and continuously provide the necessary medical care to the community.

The Inagi City Hospital Review Committee compiles the results of its discussions into a proposal document submitted to the city, playing a role in indicating the direction of reconstruction policies and other measures.
