Note: Applications from residents, workers, or students within the city who have not registered for use can be made starting from the 1st day of the month one month prior to the usage month. Applications from those outside the city can be made starting from the 21st day of the month one month prior to the usage month. In both cases, applications are accepted only at the Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena (Comprehensive Gymnasium) reception desk. (Residents, workers, and students within the city are requested to bring identification, etc.)

Lottery Application Period

From the 15th to the 25th, two months before the usage month

Lottery Result Announcement Date

9 AM on the 1st of the month before the usage month

Vacant Slot Reservation Period

[Reservation Acceptance Period at Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena Counter]

• From 3 days before the usage date until the day of use
• Reservations cannot be made if it falls on a closed day of Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena (see note).

Note: The 2nd and 4th Monday of every month. However, if it is a holiday, the next weekday will apply.

Payment Deadline

Until 3 days after the lottery result announcement date or the reservation application date

If you choose to pay in cash at the time of reservation, payment cannot be made on the closed days of Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena (Note 1).

Note 1: The 2nd and 4th Monday of every month. However, if it is a holiday, then the next weekday.

Note 2: If you make a reservation at the Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena counter, you will pay the usage fee on the spot.

Number of slots that can be applied for (1 slot = 2 hours)

• Up to 2 classes per day
• Up to 4 slots on weekdays and 2 slots on weekends and holidays per month

Note: The slot limit applies to all tennis courts collectively (for example, if you have reserved the maximum number of slots at the Shiroyama Park tennis courts, you cannot make reservations at other tennis courts).

[At the Time of Vacant Slot Reservation Application]

• Up to 2 classes per day
• Up to 3 slots on weekdays and 1 slot on weekends and holidays per month

Note: Regardless of the lottery application results, you can make reservations up to the above number of slots.

[Removal of Limits]

From 0:00 on the 15th day one month before the month of use, unlimited reservations can be made.

Applications from unregistered users

From 9:00 AM on the 21st day one month before the month of use

• Reservations are confirmed by applying at the Nomura Real Estate Inagi Arena counter and paying the usage fee.
• The usage fee will be double the amount.
