About the Facility Key

The facility key is stored in the smart key box located in front of the entrance gate to Minami-Tama Sports Plaza. When you make a reservation for the facility, a number will be sent to you by email. Please enter that number to retrieve the key.

Regarding Group Registration for Minami-Tama Sports Plaza Tennis Courts

Group registration to use the Minami-Tama Sports Plaza Tennis Courts requires
participation in court maintenance (bittern spreading) held twice a year (June and December).

Note: Nigari spreading is an important activity to maintain the courts and ensure a safe usage environment. We ask for the cooperation of registered groups.

Reservation Rules

Lottery Application Period

From the 15th to the 25th, two months before the usage month

Lottery Result Announcement Date

9 AM on the 1st of the month before the usage month

Vacant Slot Reservation Period

From the 1st of one month before until 1 hour before the start time on the day of use

From 12:00 AM on the 12th of one month before

Number of slots that can be applied for (1 slot = 2 hours)

[At the Time of Lottery Application]

Up to 2 classes per week

Note: Lottery applications are only possible for registered groups of the Minami-Tama Sports Plaza Tennis Courts.

Up to 2 classes per week

Note: Regardless of the lottery application results, reservations can be made on a first-come, first-served basis up to the above number of slots.
