The 49th Citizens' Swimming Tournament will be held!

We will hold the "Citizen Swimming Tournament," a traditional event in Inagi City.
Anyone can participate, from those who have just started swimming, to those who swim daily for health, and those who want to demonstrate the results of their regular practice.
We look forward to receiving applications from many people.

Department
- Each individual may apply for up to two events.
- For events with a small number of applicants, the race may be combined with participants from other events. Please understand this in advance.
- Note 1: The kickboard race is a recreational event, so only those who find it difficult to participate in other events are allowed to participate. Therefore, participants in the kickboard race are not allowed to participate in other events. Additionally, children who are anxious about swimming alone may be accompanied in the water by a parent for support. However, pushing or pulling actions are prohibited.
- Note 2: For relay events, participation is allowed in one category each of the medley relay and the freestyle relay. However, those participating in the parent-child relay are not allowed to participate in the medley relay or freestyle relay.
- Note 3: The general division is open to participants of all ages.
- Note 4: The parent-child relay races are held in divisions for 1st & 2nd grade, 3rd & 4th grade, and 5th & 6th grade. Also, parents or guardians can participate any number of times.
Notes
- The lockers in the changing room operate with a coin return system (10 yen coin).
- Warm-up exercises will be conducted during the opening ceremony, but there may be a gap of time before the race. Please be sure to do your own warm-up exercises before the race.
- There will be an awards ceremony. Those who are recipients (1st to 3rd place) are requested not to leave immediately after the competition ends.
- To prevent accidents, diving starts are only allowed for those who regularly practice.
- There is no parking available, so please use public transportation when visiting.
- Photos and videos taken during the event, as well as names and records, may be published in public relations papers and on the city website. Please apply with prior understanding and consent.
- Photography is by permission only. Those who wish to take photographs, please fill in the required information through the form. Applicants who have submitted a photography request will be given a photography permit at the reception. Please note that the city assumes no responsibility in case of any trouble.
- The event will proceed in light rain, but will be canceled in case of heavy rain or low air and water temperatures. If you are unsure about the decision, please contact us.
- In case of injury, first aid will be provided, but treatment will be at your own responsibility.
