Certification of need for nursing care or support will generally be notified within 30 days from the application. However, if the individual's health condition is unstable or if there has been no consultation with the attending physician and the doctor is unable to prepare an Opinion Statement, the notification of the certification results may be delayed. If there is a delay, we will inform you with a delay notice.
