Process for Renting Welfare Equipment
- Users consult with a care manager (or Community General Support Center).
- Care managers (or Community General Support Center) create care plans and select business operators for welfare equipment.
- A welfare equipment specialist visits the user's home to select and propose rental welfare equipment.
- The Business Operators providing the welfare equipment deliver the equipment and check the user's suitability.
- Decide on the welfare equipment to be rented, and the user and the Business Operators providing the welfare equipment will enter into a contract.
- Rental of welfare equipment will begin.
