QuestionWhat should I do if I am not satisfied with the results of the long-term care or support certification?

Response

If you have any questions regarding the results of the long-term care and support certification, please first consult the Senior Welfare Division's Long-Term Care Certification Section.
In addition, if you are not satisfied, you can file a request for review (appeal) to the Tokyo Long-Term Care Insurance Review Board within three months from the day after you were informed of the decision (certification).
The Long-Term Care Insurance Review Board of Tokyo examines whether there are any illegal or unjust points in the actions taken by the city. It does not re-evaluate the certification.
