Loan Mediation System Associated with Connecting to the Sewerage

We provide financing assistance for converting pit toilets to flush toilets or for removing sewage treatment tanks and switching to direct discharge.

Loan Facilitation Amount

When converting a pit toilet to a flush toilet
The cost will be within 400,000 yen per toilet.
When removing a sewage treatment tank and connecting to the sewerage system
The cost will be within 400,000 yen per sewage treatment tank.
Note: The limit amount will be within 2 million yen.

Loan Interest Rate

Annual interest rate 2.125% (FY2025)
Note 1: The interest rate is fixed during the repayment period.
Note 2: The city will subsidize half of the loan interest rate.

Repayment Period

Within 36 months
Note: Depending on the lending financial institution, it may be necessary to go through procedures such as having a guarantor, or you may not be able to receive a loan due to screening, so please check with your desired lending financial institution in advance.
