Reservation for consultation desk regarding construction of sewerage facilities and application for specific facilities

For consultations at the Sewerage Division counter in City Hall, please make a reservation in advance.

Please inform us of the consultation details (including attachment of reference materials) and your preferred date and time for a face-to-face consultation using the link below. After confirmation, we will contact you with the scheduled date to visit the consultation desk. If we determine that a response can be provided without a face-to-face meeting, we will reply via email or phone. In such cases, please note that the face-to-face appointment will be canceled.

Application for Approval of Public Sewerage Facility Construction (Self-Funded Construction)

Regarding application forms, commencement notifications, and completion notifications for public sewerage facility construction work (self-funded construction) procedures, please submit them via electronic application using the form below.

When submitting, please be sure to check that there are no omissions in filling out the form, no missing seals, and no missing documents.

The period from application to the issuance of the approval document usually takes about one week, but depending on the content, it may take more than one month. Please allow sufficient time for the procedure.

Application for Public Restroom Installation (Public Works)

Regarding the extraction of public manholes within residential land, if you are unsure about the classification of self-funded or public-funded, please prepare the judgment sheet below along with the relevant area guide map, cadastral map, and certified copy of the registry in PDF format, and send them using the consultation window reservation form at the top.
Please note that the determination of self-pay or public expense takes about 5 business days, so please consult with us well in advance.

Sewerage work related to road occupation

If the work involves the occupation of a public road, please be sure to check "Regarding the Occupation of Public Roads" and submit the "Road Occupation Procedure Power of Attorney."

Note: The "Public Water Installation Application Form" must be submitted printed on both sides.

Application for Designated Sewerage Construction Shops

  • When applying or submitting notifications, to shorten the procedure time at the counter, please first send the documents you plan to submit via electronic application for preliminary review.
  • For the procedure flow and necessary submission documents, please refer to the "Guidelines for Various Applications and Notifications for Designated Sewerage Construction Shops in Inagi City."

Application for Permission to Occupy Public Sewerage Facilities

Please be sure to check the "Installation Guidelines for Disposal Drainage Systems, etc." regarding the installation of disposers.
In Inagi City, only products certified based on the "Performance Standards for Disposal Drainage Systems for Sewers (Draft) (March 2013)" created by the Japan Sewerage Association can be newly installed.

Drainage Equipment Related

Regarding the Application Form for Plan Confirmation and Completion Notification for Drainage Facility Construction, please submit it via electronic application using the form below. For the "Notification of Start of Public Sewerage Use, etc.", please submit it using the electronic application form at the bottom of this page.

Attention: There have been many errors in the submitted documents. Please double-check that there are no unfilled sections in the Application Form or Completion Report, and that there are no mistakes in the drawings such as the depth of the manhole or numbering, before submitting to ensure there are no deficiencies.

For viewing completed drainage facility drawings, please use the following Application Form and power of attorney.

If you print the Public Sewer Use Start Notification Form on both sides, a table for multiple households and apartment water numbers will be printed on the back of the Public Sewer Use Start Notification Form. If there are two or more water meters (such as in apartment buildings or two-family houses), please fill out the table for multiple households and apartment water numbers for all meters located at the installation site.
