Large-scale land transactions involve changes in ownership of large parcels of land and alterations in land use, which can have significant impacts on surrounding residents. Therefore, by requiring notification prior to land sales and other transactions, the city aims to obtain this information at an early stage and provide advice based on the Community Development plan.

[Notification Target] Land transaction acts of 3,000 square meters or more

[Notifier] Person who transfers or establishes rights

[Notification Timing] 6 months prior to the large-scale land transaction act

Note: Large-scale land transaction acts under the Community Development Ordinance correspond to "contracts for land sale, etc." as defined in Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the National Land Use Planning Act (Law No. 92 of 1974).

Examples: sale, exchange, transfer of shared ownership interests, business transfer (transfer of operations), transfer as collateral, rights of reservation completion, trust, transfer of beneficiary rights, transfer of status, establishment of superficies or leasehold rights (excluding payment of rent or land rent).
