Notification of Land Transactions (National Land Use Act / Public Expansion Act)

• Notification and Application Based on the Act on Promotion of Public Land Expansion (Public Land Expansion Act)
• Notification of Land Use Planning Act

Those selling land must submit a notification under the "Public Expansion Law" at least three weeks before the scheduled contract date.
Those who purchase land must submit a notification under the "National Land Use Act" within two weeks from the contract date.
As of January 1, 2021, it is no longer necessary to affix a seal to the notification forms, application forms, and power of attorney related to the Public Expansion Act and the National Land Act.
