Specified Projects - Projects on Public Inspection / Coordination Meetings
In Inagi City, under the Community Development Ordinance, a system has been established to inform nearby residents and others about the following specified projects and to provide opportunities for specified business operators to express their opinions.
Projects Subject to Specified Projects
- Among development projects under Article 39, Paragraph 1 of the City Planning Act, projects with a business area of 3,000 square meters or more
- Funeral Services
- Morgue
- Embalming Facility
- Pet Crematorium or Pet Cemetery
- Dog Run Facility
- Pet Breeding or Rearing Facility (with a total floor area exceeding 15 square meters)
- Entertainment Venues (Cinemas, Live Houses)
- Pachinko Parlors, etc.

Regarding the Submission of Opinion Statements
Nearby residents, etc. can submit an Opinion Statement regarding the specified project plan within two weeks from the final date of the explanatory meeting. In addition, the Opinion Statement from the specified Business Operators (responses to the Opinion Statements) will be published through the city.
Note: Nearby residents, etc. refers to those who live, conduct business, own land, work, or study within an area located within a horizontal distance of 50 meters from the boundary of the project area. Regarding Requests for Holding Coordination Meetings
Nearby residents or Business Operators may request the holding of coordination meetings aimed at organizing and adjusting mutual opinions related to the project. The request period is within two weeks from the date of publication of the Opinion Statement.
