"Have you ever been worried about dementia in daily life, such as 'I can't find where I placed my wallet or keys' or 'I'm concerned about my family's forgetfulness'?"

We will hold a "Brain Health Assessment Meeting" for those concerned about cognitive decline.

Eligibility

For those who will turn 50 or older during the 2025 fiscal year and have concerns about cognitive function,
For those who have not been diagnosed with dementia
(Recommended for those who score 14 points or more on the dementia check site at the bottom of the page)

Contents

(1) Brain health assessment using a tablet (Brain Fitness Trainer CogEvo)

(2) Explanation of the characteristics of one's own cognitive function and precautions in daily life based on the results (mini lecture)

(3) Individual nutrition consultation and lifestyle consultation (registered dietitian, Community General Support Center staff)
