Participants Wanted: Preventive Care Exercise Class (3-Month Course) Konami Sports Club

As the sunlight becomes stronger and you spend more time at home, it’s easy to become physically inactive during this period.

Now is the time to engage in stretching exercises and strength training to build a body that can withstand the heat and refresh both mind and body!

(3107-4 Higashi-Naganuma, Keio Retnade Inagi 5th and 6th floors)

Eligibility

Persons aged 65 and over who have not received Long-Term Care Insurance certification and are, in principle, first-time applicants
Note: For those who are not first-timers, applications are limited to joining together with first-timers only

20 people

• Note: If there are many applications, a selection process will be conducted.
• Note: Results will be notified to everyone about a week before the class starts.
