Participants Wanted: Care Prevention Exercise Class (Welfare Center)

A class to support your smile and energy will start in this cold, stay-inside season. Engage in stretching exercises, strength training, brain training, and more to develop healthy habits.

(Excluding December 29 and February 23, a total of 13 sessions)

Eligibility

Persons aged 65 and over who have not received Long-Term Care Insurance certification and are, in principle, first-time applicants
Note: For those who are not first-timers, applications are limited to joining together with first-timers only

Capacity

20 people

• Note: If there are many applications, a selection process will be conducted.
• Note: Results will be notified to everyone about a week before the class starts.

・If applying by application form, please mail it to the City Hall Senior Welfare Division or bring it to City Hall or the Community General Support Center. Application forms are distributed at the City Hall Senior Welfare Division, Community General Support Centers (Hirao, Yanokuchi, Elegant Momura, Koyodai), Hirao and Wakabadai Branch Offices, and the Welfare Center.
