Eligibility

Persons aged 65 and over who have not received Long-Term Care Insurance certification and are, in principle, first-time applicants
Note: For those who are not first-timers, applications are limited to joining together with first-timers only

Capacity

20 people

• Note: If there are many applications, a selection process will be conducted.
• Note: Results will be notified to everyone about a week before the class starts.

・Please fill in the required information on the application form and send it by mail to the address below or bring it to City Hall or the Community General Support Center.
Application forms are distributed at the City Hall Senior Welfare Division, Community General Support Centers (Hirao, Yanokuchi, Elegant Momura, Koyodai), Hirao and Wakabadai Branch Offices, and the SHIROYAMA EXPERIENCE STUDY INSTITUE. They can also be downloaded from this page.
