About the "3-Month Course for Preventive Care Exercise Classes"

Using low-load machines with high stretching effects, the program is conducted in a personal training format that allows you to work at your own pace.
Let's develop exercise habits such as stretching and strength training, and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Note: Participation is mandatory for everyone the first time. From the second time onward, scheduling can be arranged individually.

[From the 2nd time onwards]
From 1 PM to 5 PM (1 hour within this time)

1st Floor, WA! Hogrel Gym, Keio Ritonado, Wakabadai Station

Eligibility

Persons aged 65 and over who are not certified for Long-Term Care Insurance

Number of times

A total of 12 sessions including the first one (1 session per person per week, approximately 1 hour each)
Capacity
10 people
Note: If there are many applications, a selection process will be conducted (priority will be given to first-time applicants).
Note: Results will be notified to everyone about a week before the class starts.

・Please fill in the required information on the application form and send it by mail to the address below or bring it to City Hall or the Community General Support Center.
Application forms are distributed at the City Hall Senior Welfare Division, each Community General Support Center, and the Hirao and Wakabadai Branch Offices.
