Recruiting Participants: Mobility Training Class

Maintaining mobility leads to extending healthy life expectancy. In this class, we aim to maintain and improve mobility through measurements using VR and training of the eyes and balance.

Eligibility

Persons aged 65 and over who are not certified under Long-Term Care Insurance and do not have color vision impairment

This course is a collaborative project with Tokyo Metropolitan University

	Contents
Day 1	Measurement, physical function assessment, and training using VR
Day 2	Balance practice, eye training, etc.
Day 3	Muscle training, brain training, eye training, etc.
Day 4	Measurement using VR, physical function assessment, and guidance for self-training
