Please use the cooling shelter as a measure to prevent heatstroke.
With the revision of the Climate Change Adaptation Act, a new alert called the "Special Heatstroke Alert," which is a level above the conventional heatstroke warning alert, has been established.
During the Special Heatstroke Alert period starting Wednesday, April 22, 2026, the facility will be open as a "Cooling Shelter." Please use it for heatstroke prevention and temporary refuge from the heat.
