Handling of Home Support Implementation for Disability Welfare Services (Employment-related Services)

In light of the fact that home support has become a regular practice in the remuneration revision for fiscal year 2021, we hereby present the handling of home support in the provision of employment transition support, continuous employment support Type A, and continuous employment support Type B services in Inagi City as follows. We kindly ask you to review and implement accordingly.

Prerequisites for Home Care Support to be Eligible for Compensation

Note: In all cases, prior notification to the city is required, and it is limited to situations where the support effect is recognized as equivalent to that of day service.

1. When users and their families voluntarily express a desire for the implementation of home support

2. When, based on the user's disability characteristics and the training content provided by the Business Operators, home support is considered to be effective training for the user
