Head of the family register and spouse (if one is deceased, the surviving spouse)
Notice: If both the head of the household and their spouse are deceased, a family register transfer notification cannot be submitted.

Available Procedure Dates

Open on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• Note: On holidays when City Hall is open, the hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Outside of the above hours, services are accepted at the City Hall night duty room.
  • On holidays and when accepted at the City Hall's night duty room, only "custody" will be available.
• Note: Notifications related to family registers are not accepted at the Branch Office.
