Please cooperate with the population statistics survey related to family register notifications

The demographic survey is conducted annually based on family register notifications to investigate the status of births, deaths, and other related information.
In the fiscal year 2025, which is a census year, the "Population Dynamics Survey (Occupation and Industry)" will be conducted, and we ask that "occupation" be filled in on each notification form (for death notifications, please also fill in the "industry" of the workplace).

For those born or deceased between April 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026, notifications submitted to the municipal office by May 14, 2026

Marriage Registration, Divorce Registration

Items reported to the municipal office between April 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026

In the occupation field of each notification form, please refer to the example table and enter the "number" or "occupation (industry) classification name."
