- Marriage Registration Form (Two adult witnesses required)
- Identification documents of the person who came to submit the notification
Notice: When a foreign national gets married, the required documents vary individually, so please contact the Family Register Section. - Individual Number Card (only for those who have the card and are changing the recorded information. It also serves as identification document.)

Available Procedure Dates
Open on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Note: On holidays when City Hall is open, the hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Outside of the above hours, services are accepted at the City Hall night duty room.
- On holidays and when accepted at the City Hall's night duty room, only "custody" will be available.
- Note: Branch Offices do not accept notifications related to family registers.
Original Marriage Registration Guide
We celebrate the couple getting married and have created an original marriage registration form to become a lifelong cherished memory.
It comes with a mount that can store the marriage registration form so that it can be carefully preserved as a record of the marriage.
Sold for 1,200 yen per copy.
Information on Special Acceptance Certificate for Marriage Registration
After submitting the marriage registration, if you wish to use it for a wedding ceremony or want a commemorative item, we issue a Special Acceptance Certificate for Marriage Registration (B4 size, 1 copy 1,400 yen) as shown in the link below.
Special Acceptance Certificate for Marriage Registration with Original Inagi City Design is also available.
Please note that the Marriage Registration Acceptance Certificate, which is generally used as a certificate, costs 350 yen per copy.
Notice: It will take about two weeks to prepare. Please visit the office again to receive it at the counter.
