It has been confirmed that some customer information of the services provided by Satofuru Co., Ltd. was leaked due to unauthorized access to the system of the email distribution service "Cuenote FC," operated by Yumirlink Co., Ltd., which Satofuru Co., Ltd. uses for part of its email distribution operations.

Overview of the Incident

According to the announcement by Yumirlink Inc., unauthorized access to some systems managed by the company was confirmed on Friday, October 16.
On Monday, October 26, as a result of subsequent investigations, it was found that some of the information stored in the system by Satofuru Inc. for the use of the email distribution service was leaked.
