"To stay active and healthy forever. A three-part lecture series on the functions of the body's largest tissue, 'muscle'"

Walking, running, lifting things... The muscles attached to bones that we can move by our own will are called "skeletal muscles."

However, skeletal muscles are not just for moving the body.

Skeletal muscle is the largest organ, accounting for 40% of body weight, and recent research has revealed that it is deeply involved not only in exercise but also in metabolism and maintaining health. This lecture will clearly explain how the structure of skeletal muscle relates to health.
