Professor Lecture: "A Turbulent World, the Rise of China and Russia, and Japan"

The previously U.S.-led international order is changing, and the rise of Eurasian powers such as China and Russia is shaking the international community. The war in Ukraine is a symbolic event of this. In this course, let us explore the transformation of the international order and consider together what role Japan can play.
