Normally, the documents are issued at the counter when enrolling in the National Health Insurance, but in cases of incomplete paperwork, they may be sent by mail.
Additionally, the qualification confirmation and qualification information notice are updated every other year in August, so in the update year, the new qualification confirmation and qualification information notice will be mailed in July.
