Safety means that no harm (risk) comes to people. So, what is the risk in food? Is there a risk or not? Let's start by understanding the risk.
2nd November 22 Understanding Food Risks
Foods contain many chemicals and microorganisms. We consume them through our diet, but let's explore what kind of issues they may cause.
3rd December 27

What are health foods?
When we hear the word health, we tend to think of something good. What exactly are food and health foods? Let's think about it together.

4th January 24

Prevention of Food Poisoning

Food poisoning occurs somewhere every day. It can sometimes be fatal to humans. This explains what precautions you should take on a daily basis.

Protecting Food Safety
