Since March 2019, there have been numerous consultations at various Consumer Affairs Centers regarding Business Operators who claim, "First, you can earn 100,000 yen in just two days incredibly easily," and make consumers pay large sums of money.
The Consumer Affairs Agency conducted an investigation and found that in transactions with "Assist Line Co., Ltd.", there are acts that may unjustly harm consumer interests (such as false or exaggerated advertising, misrepresentation, and the provision of definitive judgments). Therefore, based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009), we will publish information that contributes to the prevention of consumer damage or its expansion and call for attention from consumers.
