Caution regarding Business Operators who claim "Many people are earning 200,000 yen in 7 days with at-home smartphone side jobs!" and require consumers to pay large sums of money.

Since July 2018, consultations regarding business operators advertising "Earn 200,000 yen in 7 days with home smartphone side jobs!" have been received at Consumer Affairs Centers and other locations nationwide.
The Consumer Affairs Agency has received information based on Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009) indicating that in transactions with "Top Corporation" (Prime Maison Hatsudai 14F, 1-45-2 Hatsudai, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), there are acts that may unjustly harm consumer interests (false or exaggerated advertisements and representations). Therefore, to prevent the occurrence or expansion of consumer damage, we inform all consumers accordingly.
